LifeForce Yoga is specifically designed to relax the body, calm the mind and quiet the nervous system. It relieves hyper arousal of the neural pathways that contribute to depression, anxiety and other stress-related disorders. Through simple yoga postures, meditation and breathing techniques, you will begin to experience more joy and peace of mind in your life.

In LifeForce Yoga, ancient yogic practices are combined with modern self-healing techniques based on the new sciences of neurobiology and psychoneuroimmunology. These practices are designed to help each individual face the challenges of life with more equanimity and confidence.

In a LifeForce Yoga private session you will be encouraged to embrace and honor yourself exactly where you are, while at the same time, creating space for transformation and growth.

The introductory session is 2 hours and includes an assessment. Follow-up sessions will be ninety minutes each. We recommend that you do at least one introductory session and two follow up sessions. Together, during these sessions we will develop a LifeForce Yoga Home Practice that is just right for you.
