LEVEL 1: INTRODUCTION TO YOGA
• Good for beginners of all ages.
• Emphasis on detailed instruction, basic alignment and standing poses.
• Build strength and flexibility.
• Relax and breathe.
LEVEL 1-2
• Next step after Level I.
• Some yoga experience but new to Anusara.
• Introduction to the Universal Principles of Alignment.
• Emphasis on building endurance.
• Exploration of a wider range of postures.
LEVEL 2
• You've done Level I-2 and you still love yoga.
• Deepen your experience of the benefits of Anusara.
• Build endurance and peace of mind.
• Develop a well rounded and challenging practice that you can take home.
• Dive into breath and meditation techniques
GENTLE YOGA 1 & 2
• New to yoga and want a gentle start? Special concerns, injuries, or
stress?
• Combines warm-ups, gentle and restorative postures, breath work and
guided relaxation.
• Gentle 2 introduces basic standing poses and gentle flow.
MIXED LEVEL
• Level 1-2 and above.
• Posture sequence with variations and modifications given.
LIFEFORCE YOGA FOR MOOD MANAGEMENT
• Specifically designed to help you manage your mood through breath and movement.
• Calm anxiety and elevate a depressed mood.
• Use breath, mantra, affirmations, visulizations and postures to regulate the emotional body.
CHAKRA JOURNEY
• Journey through the energy centers to ever expanding states of consciousness.
• Create sacred space through ritual and community.
• Free energy to create a life of vibrancy, health and balance.
• Delve more deeply into the eight-limb yogic path.
• No drop-ins or make ups from other classes.
RETURN TO WHOLENESS
• Deepen your spiritual journey by exploring the relationship between healing and spirituality.
• Enhance your own faith by experiencing timeless practices from the World's great spiritual traditions
• Practice Meditation, movement, art, music and energy work
• Religions that will be experienced include: Christian (Celtic, Quaker), Islamic (Sufi), Jewish (Kabbalah), Buddhist, Taoist, Native American, and Hindu.
